This hands-on chocolate workshop invites chocoholics to work alongside a chef to learn classic techniques for crafting chocolate bonbons, mediants, and truffles. Students will practice tempering and molding, taste their own handmade creations during the class, and leave with a curated selection of chocolates plus recipes and detailed instructions to recreate the treats at home.
